Kaspersky Lab akan terus mendukung Microsoft Windows XP di produk Perusahaan maupun produk Konsumen

Kaspersky Lab ingin meyakinkan pelanggan bahwa meskipun Microsoft akan mengakhiri dukungan untuk sistem operasi Windows XP SP3 pada April 2014, solusi keamanan perusahaan kami akan terus melindungi sistem ini walaupun  Microsoft sudah mengakhirinya, sesuai dengan jadwal lifecycles produk Kaspersky Lab.
Daftar produk yang akan menjaga kompatibilitas dengan Windows XP mencakup solusi keamanan untuk perusahaan/bisnis serta solusi perlindungan untuk konsumen. Menurut jadwal lifecycles produk Kaspersky Lab, solusi berikut akan mempertahankan dukungan Windows XP sampai setidaknya tanggal-tanggal yang disebutkan:
• Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows – didukung sampai Q2 2016
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2013 dan Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 – didukung sampai Q2 2016
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 dan Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 – didukung sampai 2017
• Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2015 dan Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 – didukung sampai 2018
Selama masa perpanjangan untuk mendukung perlindungan sistem operasi Windows XP ini, produk Kaspersky Lab yang diinstal pada Windows XP akan terus menerima update signature malware terbaru. Harap diperhatikan dukungan ini hanya untuk Windows XP dengan Service Pack 3.
